Susan Lam

Susan Lam is a seasoned executive in risk management and cybersecurity, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Bakkt since December 2021. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Vice President of Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Compliance at Fiserv from April 2019 to December 2021. Susan's extensive experience at Equifax spanned nearly seven years, where roles included Vice President of Global Cybersecurity and Risk Management, Business Information Security Officer, and Senior Director of Global Security Compliance. Earlier, Susan was a Senior Information Security Risk Management Consultant at IBM from February 2002 to March 2012. Academic credentials include advanced education in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders from Harvard Business School Executive Education and additional studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
