Rustam Azimov

Rustam Azimov currently serves as a Retail Training Division Training Specialist at Baku Electronics, where responsibilities include organizing internal trainings, updating training materials, managing test databases, and evaluating training effectiveness. Additionally, Rustam holds a trainer position at BE Academy, focusing on product and soft skills training for new hires and current employees. Previously, as the Founder of a computer service center from May 2012 to January 2017, Rustam established the business and built a professional team. Rustam is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, expected to graduate in June 2027.
