Gerlou Kandt

Gerlou Kandt has worked for a variety of companies since 2011. Gerlou'sfirst job was as an English Second Language Instructor for Major Developing Language (MDL) Center, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Gerlou then moved to Teleperformance, where they worked as a Subject Matter Expert from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Dreamscape Networks as a Customer Experience Specialist and Customer Care Specialist. Gerlou was responsible for acknowledging customer's feedback and resolving complaints, as well as providing direct assistance to customers over the phone or email. In 2018, they began working at Newfold Digital as a Universal Trainer, designing, planning, organizing, and directing orientation and training programs for employees' development. Gerlou is currently employed at A2 Hosting as a Support Generalist - Linux.

Gerlou Kandt has a background in Information Technology, having studied at the Cebu Institute of Technology and the Asian College of Technology. Additionally, Gerlou attended Abellana National School. Gerlou has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn, including "WordPress Essential Training" in July 2022, "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)" in June 2022, "Linux: Overview and Installation" in March 2022, and "Developing a Learning Mindset" in September 2019.
