Adriana Goad

Adriana Goad currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Bal Seal Engineering, a Kaman Company, where expertise in human resources management supports the company's role as a global provider of custom engineered solutions. Prior to this position, Goad held various leadership roles including Director of Human Resources at Henkel and Kaman Corporation, and HR Manager at Crump Life Insurance Services. With extensive experience in the HR field, including positions at GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation and Arvato Services, Goad possesses a strong background in recruiting, training and development, and employee relations. Goad holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from ITESM.
