Jim Gardler

Jim Gardler, PE, CBCP, CEM, EBCP is a seasoned professional in MEP consulting engineering with extensive experience spanning various roles. Currently serving as the Director of MEP Operations in Philadelphia at Bala Consulting Engineers since January 2019, Jim has previously held leadership positions at Concord Engineering Group, including Director of the Philadelphia Office and Engineering Manager for commissioning. Prior engineering roles include Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager at Polaris Consulting Engineers and Mechanical Engineer at Gilbeaux & Associates, Whitesell Construction Company, Wachter & Associates, and Southco. Jim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University between 1997 and 2002.
