Terry Mascitelli

Terry Mascitelli, PE, is an accomplished Structural Project Manager and Associate at Bala Consulting Engineers since September 2008, specializing in adaptive reuse projects and complex design challenges, collaborating effectively with owners, architects, and construction personnel. Previously, Terry held the position of Assistant Project Manager at TN Ward Co., where responsibilities included managing construction schedules, RFIs, and submittals, as well as conducting preliminary reviews of shop drawings, and served in a similar role at LaMarra Construction. Terry holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
