Aparna Ramachandran has over ten years of experience in the media industry. Aparna currently holds the position of Head - Digital Originals at Balaji Telefilms Ltd since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Sr Creative Director at Viacom18 Media Private Limited from 2018 to 2021. Aparna also served as the Creative Director at Viu from 2016 to 2018. Aparna started their career as an Associate Creative Director at FremantleMedia in 2011 and held the position for five years. Before that, they worked as a Content Producer at various companies including Miditech, BigSynergy, BBC WorldWide, CNBC-TV18, and Bloomberg UTV from 2007 to 2010.

Aparna holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, Aparna obtained a certification in General Management Programme for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in April 2015.
