Kay Warner

Kaylene Warner is an experienced operations manager, currently leading operations at Balance Financial Management since May 2022, where the focus is on crafting customized financial solutions for organizational leaders. Previously, Kaylene served as operations manager at Mike Goldberg and Associates, Inc., providing low-cost term insurance solutions. With an extensive background in business analysis and administration, Kaylene has directed contract center operations at Broadspectrum, ensuring efficiency across numerous administrative functions, and contributed to significant cost-saving initiatives. Additional roles at Asteron Life included finance and administration manager and interim leader of communications delivery, where Kaylene managed organizational change and implemented various business strategies.
