Yuval Leshem

Yuval Leshem has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Yuval is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Balance since March 2022.

From November 2019 to March 2022, they served as the Director of Engineering at Lemonade, where they led teams in data engineering, billing, and finance. Yuval played a significant role in expanding the R&D organization and was responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and manager training.

Before Lemonade, Yuval worked as a Software Engineer/Team Lead at Lemonade from October 2015 to November 2019.

Yuval also worked as a Mentor at MindCET- Ed tech innovation center from October 2015 to October 2016.

In 2014, Yuval was the Head of Engineering at Lightapp Technologies.

From January 2013 to January 2014, they worked as a Freelancer, helping various companies with web client rewrite, backend redesign, and building a real-time linux based IIOT sensor.

Prior to that, Yuval worked at enabley (formerly Time To Know) from September 2010 to January 2013 as a Product Manager, leading a group in building innovative ed-tech tools. Yuval also served as a Software Architect at enabley from August 2008 to September 2010.

Yuval'searlier experience includes working at Verint from 1999 to 2008 in various technical and managerial positions, where they built nationwide HLS applications, managed large-scale projects, and led development groups in various technological fields.

Yuval started their career as a Software Engineer at Comverse from 1996 to 1999.

Yuval Leshem attended Tel Aviv University from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Computer Science.
