Robert M. Atkins

CEO at BALANCED Media Technology

Robert M. Atkins has been in the gaming industry for over two decades. Robert got their start as a marketing and creative consultant for MumboJumbo, where they worked on some of the most iconic games of the 90s. In 2010, they co-founded Happy Muffin Top, a board game company that specialized in high quality products for collectors. The company was a huge success, and in 2012 they were recruited to be an adjunct lecturer at The Guildhall at SMU, where they taught classes on game design and professional development.

In 2013, Atkins co-founded Green Eye Games and launched a successful Kickstarter campaign for their first game, Cthulhu Wars. The game was an instant hit, raising over $1 million in just one month. To date, the Cthulhu Wars IP has raised nearly $6 million through crowdfunding.

Atkins is currently the CEO of BALANCED Media Technology. Under their leadership, BALANCED has become one of the leading companies in the gaming industry, developing groundbreaking new technologies that are changing the way people play games.

Robert M. Atkins obtained a BA in Fine Arts from LSU Shreveport, and later went on to study General Studies in Fine/Studio Arts and General at Southwood Highschool.
