Patricia Bertulli

Patricia Bertulli, BS BA, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Patricia currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Balanced Wellbeing, where they process payroll and analyzes compensation and benefit packages. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at Visiting Angels from October 2020 to December 2021. From July 2019 to April 2020, they were a Training Coordinator at Waters Corporation, responsible for managing global sales enablement training courses and coordinating training needs. Patricia also held the position of Director of People & Culture, Partner at Super Purposes™ from June 2018 to March 2020. Their earlier career includes a long tenure at American Express Global Business Travel, where they served as a Project Manager Learning and Development for over 30 years. In this role, they managed the Learning Management System (LMS), developed operational processes, provided end-user troubleshooting, and sought continuous process improvements.

Patricia Bertulli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Patricia has additional certification as a Drug Analyzer from Visiting Angels.
