Jennifer Balch LaLonde is an experienced sales manager in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Sales Manager at Balboa Bay Resort since April 2023. Previous roles include Senior Sales Manager at Fashion Island Hotel Newport Beach from August 2017 to March 2019, and Sales Manager at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa between January 2012 and August 2017, where Jennifer was recognized in the President's Circle for two consecutive years.
