Andrew Cabodi is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Balboa Nephrology since September 2024. Previously, Andrew held the position of Regional Vice President at IVX Health, where management of a $260 million P&L across five states resulted in 45% year-over-year annual recurring revenue growth. Andrew also served as Regional Operations Director at IVX Health, implementing a data-driven growth strategy that increased monthly market EBITDA by 230% in one year. As Head of Operations at AIM Clinics, Andrew scaled the organization from one clinic to thirteen across four states and developed a profitable unit economic model utilized during its acquisition by Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers. As Co-Founder of BackWave Technologies, Andrew raised $25,000 in non-dilutive funding for a medical device and performed strategic analysis as a Summer MBA Associate for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
