Tom Owen

Tom Owen currently serves as a Strategic Planning & Creative Development Specialist at Balboa Park Online Collaborative, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Tom was the VP, Senior Planner and Designer at PGAV Destinations from October 1997 to May 2025, where Tom co-led the museum and culture practice, contributing to planning and design for various cultural institutions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts from Webster University, earned between 1978 and 1981.
