Paola Fonseca

Paola Fonseca serves as Co-Chairwoman at the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL) since June 2023 and holds the position of General Counsel for the ESG Regulatory Agenda at VIVA Idea - Iberoamerica since July 2021, focusing on large-scale solutions for social inclusion in the global south. Fonseca previously worked for TMF Group from October 2006 to December 2021, where roles included Head of Governance: Regional Legal Counsel Iberia - Americas & ESG Compliance, Regional Legal Counsel Americas, Regional Data Privacy Officer Americas, and Regional Legal and Cosec Manager. Educational credentials include advanced studies at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and multiple institutions, culminating in a Lawyer Degree from Universidad Fidélitas.
