Manuel Viveros

Manuel Viveros is a seasoned operations and plant manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and maintenance management. Since May 2016, Manuel has served as Plant Manager at Balboa Water Group, focusing on molding parts, electronics, wire harnesses, continuous improvement, and finance. Prior to this role, Manuel was Operations Manager at TE Connectivity, managing safety, quality, service, and cost. Manuel's career also includes significant positions at Covidien Healthcare and Nellcor, where responsibilities encompassed project management, strategic manufacturing, and the implementation of lean manufacturing and TPM programs. Earlier positions at Smiths Medical involved oversight of maintenance operations across multiple buildings, including the development of work standards and equipment validation. Manuel holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Tijuana and has additional education from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
