Brent Tignor

Brent Tignor has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Brent currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Balchem Corporation, a company dedicated to delivering science-based solutions in various markets. Prior to this role, Brent worked at Stepan Company where they held multiple positions, including Regional Head of HR - Asia-Pacific and Global Talent Director. In these roles, they provided leadership in talent development, succession management, and HR strategy. Earlier in their career, Brent worked at USG Corporation, where they gained experience in training management, leadership development, and safety administration.

Brent Tignor completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Brent then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology from Houston Christian University, completing their studies between 2000 and 2002. In 2019, Brent attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, specializing in Corporate Board Governance and earning a Certification in Compensation Committee. Additionally, in January 2021, they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from eCornell.
