Donna Shearer is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in tax and financial management. Currently serving as the Tax Director at Balchem Corporation since February 2015, Shearer has prior experience in leadership roles at Express Scripts, where the position held was Director of Planning and Audits, and Ameren, where supervision was provided. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at Arthur Andersen and Hussmann - Ingersoll Rand, as well as roles as a Senior Accountant at Zeigler Coal Holding Company and Baird, Kurtz, & Dobson.
