Yannis Nakopoulos

Yannis Nakopoulos currently serves as the HR Director for Europe at Balchem Corporation, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Yannis was the EVP of People & Organization at Kappa Bioscience, where responsibilities included leading organizational development and HR business partnering from February 2021 to May 2023. Yannis has extensive experience in talent identification and executive search services across various industries, including oil and gas, construction, and CleanTech, with positions held at ISCO Group AS, BackerSkeie AS, Pedersen & Partners, and Stanton Chase International. Earlier career roles included advisory positions at KPMG Peat Marwick and the Athens 2004 Organizing Committee. Yannis holds a Diploma in Law from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, along with educational credentials from Marasleio and Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II).
