Michael Grindborn

Michael Grindborn has a diverse range of experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael started their career as the CEO of Forshedaverken in 2005. Michael then moved on to work as the CFO for Animex and later as the Financial Manager for Gislaved Gummi AB.

In 2007, they joined Recticel as the CFO for Recticel North. Michael then transitioned to Företagshälsan Nissadalen, where they served as a Board Member and later as the Chairman of the Board.

In 2012, Michael took on the role of Financial Director for Gislaved Gummi AB and HEXPOL Gaskets. In 2015, they became the Financial Director for HEXPOL Engineered Products at HEXPOL and Gislaved Gummi AB.

Michael's next position was as the CFO at Lammhults Design Group AB from 2017 to 2019. Michael is currently working as the CFO & Head of IR and IT at Balco Group since April 2019.

Throughout their career, Michael has also held positions as a Chairman of the Board for Megufo AB and as the CFO for Recticel North and Animex.

Michael Grindborn started their education at Teknikum from 1984 to 1987, where they pursued a High School degree with a focus on subjects such as maths, chemistry, physics, etc. Michael then attended Växjö University from 1987 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General. Later, from 1992 to 1993, they attended SDA Bocconi and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General.
