Barbara Koz Paley is the CEO and founder of Balco Partners, a real estate and advisory fund. Barbara is also the founder and director of Kozmopolitan Gallery.
Paley has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Barbara started their career in 1985 as co-founder of Realty Advisory Services. In 1992, they founded Art Assets LLC, an art consulting firm that provides art services to the corporate community.
Paley has been recognized as a leading expert in the field of integrating art and culture into real estate projects. In addition to their work with Balco Partners, they are also a founding partner of the Atlantic Assets Group.
Barbara Koz Paley has a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and Fine Arts from Boston University.
