Richard Lang

Richard Lang is a legal professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and corporate governance. As Partner Emeritus and Of Counsel at Baldini Lang LLC since 2015, Richard specializes in financial technology contract review and negotiations, providing outsourced general counsel services to innovative businesses. Previously, Richard served as Chief Ethics Officer at HSBC, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Open Solutions (now part of Fiserv), and held significant roles at Unum and Travelers, focusing on compliance and ethics programs. Richard has also contributed to public ethics as a board member of the Citizen's Ethics Advisory Board of the State of Connecticut and as a lecturer in business ethics at Albertus Magnus College. Richard holds a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.A. in Journalism from Marquette University.
