Sheryl Parker

Sheryl Parker has extensive experience in education, specializing in library media and teaching. Currently serving as a Library Media Specialist and 6th Grade Teacher at Baldwin County Public Schools since July 2017, Sheryl previously held multiple roles at Southside Middle School from July 2007 to July 2017, including Media Specialist, RTI Coordinator, and ESL Teacher. Sheryl's career also includes ten years at MacMillan International Academy as a Media Specialist, Building Test Coordinator, and 4th Grade Teacher, as well as serving as a 1st Grade Teacher at Smiths Station Primary School. Sheryl holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Library Media from Alabama State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Auburn University at Montgomery. Throughout the career, Sheryl has contributed to various instructional committees and has taken on significant responsibilities in curriculum development and student support.
