Elise McNeely

Elise McNeely, CPMI, is a versatile professional with extensive experience in human resources, project management, analytics, and mergers and acquisitions. Elise has held various titles such as HR Projects and Analytics Manager, HR Director of Operations, and HR Director of Partnerships at Baldwin Risk Partners. Elise also has a background in psychology and anthropology, with experience managing a student lab at the University of South Florida. Additionally, Elise has worked in development at the American Stage Theatre Company and held multiple roles at Howard Community College. In 2021, Elise earned their Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist (CPMI) certification from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances.
