Jeff Hughes

As regional president, Jeff has holistic responsibility over the BKS Partners business in the southeast region of the U.S. He joined BKS in 2019 as the Managing Director of Employee Benefits. Under his leadership, the BKS EBG team has transformed to provide market-leading resources to colleagues and clients in a scalable structure.

Before joining BKS, Jeff spent 14 years in the service industry working for industry-leading corporations Cintas, Shred-It, and Stericycle. During this time, Jeff developed and led several regional teams in both service and sales and was called on regularly to take on underperforming teams and transform them into top-performing groups. Jeff's leadership experience includes 12 years of successfully managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, identifying and developing top-tier talent, fostering., and maintaining engaged and inclusive working environments, and being a positive change leader through multiple large M&A events.

Jeff is originally from southeastern Pennsylvania and attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. Jeff and his wife Marcela moved to Tampa in 2012, where they currently reside with their two children Maya (5) and Luca (2)
