Brian Forst

Brian Forst, CM-Lean, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since February 2013. Previous roles at Baldwin & Shell include Project Manager and Project Coordinator, where Brian has focused on coordinating efforts among subcontractors, Superintendents, and Architects to ensure successful project delivery. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Catamount Constructors Inc from July 2010 to August 2011 and serving as Project Manager of Tenant Improvements at JB Olsen Inc. from October 2004 to May 2009, where Brian advanced from Assistant Project Manager and Contract Administrator. Brian's education includes training at CFNI in Dallas, TX, from 1996 to 1997.
