Harry Lipe

Harry Lipe is an experienced project manager currently working at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since February 2022, holding the title of Project Manager after previously serving as Assistant Project Manager. Prior to this role, Harry Lipe worked at TCM ENTERPRISES LLC from July 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Project Manager.
