Matthew Yarmolinsky has a diverse work experience beginning in 2018. In 2018, they were an Intern at Nova XR Media, where they developed a 3D planetary prototype Virtual Reality experience, designed a Photogrammetry project with a mannequin bust for Virtual Reality, and created Mixed Reality videos to share Virtual Reality experiences with audiences. In 2020, they were a Full Stack Software Engineer at Codelet, where they designed and developed composable and reusable components in React.js to reduce hundreds of lines of code, and developed introduction screens to show users how to use the app. In 2021, they are a Frontend Engineer at Balena and a Teaching Assistant at Brooklyn College, where they assist in teaching introductory programming with Java, tutors students in Computer Science, programming concepts and practices, and introductory Java, and provides further learning opportunities for students via dedicated office hours.
Matthew Yarmolinsky received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brooklyn College between 2017 and 2021. Before that, they attended Brooklyn Technical High School from 2013 to 2017, studying Computer Software Engineering.
