Jérôme BERTHIOT has extensive work experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to that, they worked at Givenchy as the Global Compensation & Benefits Director from March 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they held multiple roles at Sephora, including Compensation & Benefits Director, Asia from January 2021 to February 2022, Talent Development Director, Middle East from September 2018 to December 2020, and Compensation & Benefits Director - Europe & Middle East from September 2015 to August 2018. Jérôme also has experience as a Global Compensation & Benefits Director at Publicis Worldwide from October 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Louis Vuitton as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, both for Industrial & Supply Chain and HQ roles. Jérôme also held positions as a Compensation & Benefits Project Manager at Kering, a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Eli Lilly, and a Compensation Consultant at Towers Perrin and LDA (Laurent Dufetel et Associés).

Jérôme BERTHIOT holds a Higher Applied Studies Diploma from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, a European Manager Certificate from École Pratique des Dirigeants Commerciaux de France, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UFR François Rabelais.
