Minoru Komo

Minoru Komo is a seasoned retail and business development executive with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Japan General Manager at BALENCIAGA since January 2024, Komo previously held several key positions at Loro Piana, including Senior Director of Retail & Business Development Japan from August 2018 to December 2023. Prior to that, Komo worked at Fendi as Director of Sales Japan and held significant roles at INDUSTRIES SPORTSWEAR COMPANY S.R.L., Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and other leading brands such as Versace and Bulgari. With a career beginning in retail management at ISETAN, Komo possesses a comprehensive understanding of merchandising, sales, and brand management, supported by a Bachelor of Political Science from Keio University.
