Takao Pablo Horiguchi

Takao Pablo Horiguchi has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Takao Pablo currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Balenciaga since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics starting in February 2017.

Before joining LVMH, Horiguchi worked as the Human Resources & General Affairs Director at agnès b. from April 2015 to January 2017. Takao Pablo was responsible for overseeing Human Resources and General Affairs, and also temporarily managed the Production Control Department.

From November 2012 to April 2015, Horiguchi held the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Salvatore Ferragamo. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Director at Coach from September 2007 to November 2012.

Horiguchi's career in Human Resources began at BAT in April 2003, where they served as the Group Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for various corporate functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations. Takao Pablo also acted as HRBP for Trade Marketing & Sales Field.

From 2001 to 2003, Takao Pablo Horiguchi attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they obtained an MBA in International Management.
