Elvin NOSI has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Elvin started their career in 2003 as a VM Support Coordinator at Mama Products S.A. In 2007, they joined Crédit Agricole Albania Bank as a Branch Manager and later became the Head of HR Division. In 2014, they moved on to become the Head of Credit & Portfolio Management Department at the First Albanian Financial Development Company. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an HR Director at Neptun shpk. Currently, they hold the position of Group HR Director at Balfin Group, starting in October 2019.
Elvin Nosi, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse education history. Elvin obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Banking and Finance from ACT - American College of Thessaloniki from 2005 to 2007. Elvin's Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Business Administration, was earned from the University of Macedonia between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, they hold the certification of Global Best Practice Leader on L&D from the HRC International Group, obtained in July 2022.
