Matilda Shehu

Matilda Shehu has extensive work experience in various roles. Matilda currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at BALFIN Group and has been in this role since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Operations at BALFIN Group from July 2020 to February 2023. Matilda also worked at Plus Communication, where they held the positions of Administrator & Chief Executive Officer starting from May 2015.

Before joining Plus Communication, Matilda was an AC Member at Union Bank Albania from May 2014 to June 2020. Matilda also served as the Acting CEO, Deputy CEO, and CFO at Plus Communications from March 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, Matilda was the Chief Financial Officer at Plus Communication from November 2009 to March 2014.
