Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker is an accomplished procurement and subcontracting professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Subcontracts and Procurement at Balfour Beatty Investments since September 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Subcontracts and Procurement at Cognosante from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Subcontracts Manager at ManTech from October 2016 to September 2022 and as Program Administrator at The Bowen Group from February 2014 to October 2016. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore, earned between 2012 and 2014.
