Talent & Performance Management at Tower Bersama

Nadya Rahmi Maulana has work experience in various companies.

From 2018 onwards, they worked at Tower Bersama Group as the Lead of Talent & Performance Management, where they were responsible for implementing the Performance Management System and ensuring successor readiness for business growth. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2018, they were the Talent Acquisition Section Head, leading a team to ensure qualified manpower in terms of competency, company culture, and organizational fit to support business processes.

Before joining Tower Bersama Group, Nadya worked at Toyota Astra Motor from 2012 to 2016. Their roles included People Development Section Head, where they supervised subordinates and developed dealership people competencies in terms of recruitment and training, and Resources Management Analyst, where they developed and executed programs to support dealership people competencies and recruitment.

In 2011, Nadya worked as an Independent Consultant (Job Analyst & Job Evaluator) at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, and in 2009, they worked as an HR Assistant at PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada, where they handled the people development process.

Nadya Rahmi Maulana pursued their education at the University of Indonesia, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2005 to 2009. Nadya Rahmi furthered their studies at the same university and received a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology between 2009 and 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nadya also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2013, they received a certification in "Targeted Selection - Behavioral Event Interview" from Daya Dimensi Indonesia. In 2014, they completed the "Astra Basic Management Program" conducted by PT Astra International Tbk. Nadya then acquired an "Assessment Center Assessor Certification" from PPM Institute of Management in 2016. Lastly, they earned a "Human Capital Management Certification" from PPM Institute of Management in December 2021.
