Kyla Harmon

Kyla Harmon has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate and property management industry. Kyla most recently worked at Balfour Beatty Communities as a Regional Operations Director, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple functions including operations, financial reporting, employee training, and resident relations. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Operations Manager and Operational Analyst at the same company. Before their time at Balfour Beatty Communities, Kyla worked as an Account Manager at Yardi, where they focused on project management and developing strategies for transitioning clients to Yardi platforms. Kyla also served as a Leasing Manager at Cortland Partners, where they managed lease renewals, tenant move-ins, and communication with property owners and corporate staff. Kyla's earlier experience includes working as a Real Estate Manager at Waypoint Homes, where they handled the acquisition and lease-up of affordable housing properties.

Kyla Harmon has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology and Community Planning from the University of West Georgia, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Kyla also holds a Pre-License in Real Estate from the Georgia Premier School of Real Estate, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Point University. Furthermore, Kyla Harmon obtained a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in 2017.
