Elaine Choe

Elaine Choe is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently employed at Balfour Beatty US since August 2024. Prior to this role, Elaine held various positions at Pirtle Construction Company from January 2014 to August 2024, including project manager, assistant project manager, project engineer/BIM coordinator, and BIM coordinator. Elaine holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida, obtained between 2012 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the same institution, completed in 2012.
