David Millar

David Millar is the Rail Delivery Manager at Balfour Beatty. David has over eight years of experience in the field of civil engineering, and has worked on various bridge projects during their career. David is a STEM Ambassador and has lectured on civil engineering at a number of schools in Loughborough.

David Millar attended Heriot-Watt University, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. David also attended Napier University, where they earned their H.N.C in Civil Engineering.

David Millar reports to Jean-Dominique Lucas, Construction Director. David Millar works with George Sarafidis - Agent, Chris Pressdee - Earthworks & Drainage Manager, and Matt Whitehouse - Senior Engineer. and Dan Patterson - Assistant Rail Delivery Manager reports to David Millar.
