Ashley Belcher

Ashley Belcher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, particularly within the transport and utilities sectors. Currently serving as Commercial Director and Head Of Commercial at Balfour Beatty plc since November 2016, Ashley is the principal legal contact for the Rail and Utilities division, providing high-quality business-oriented legal advice and engaging with executive leadership. Prior to this, Ashley held the position of Group Legal Counsel at Stagecoach Group plc, where responsibilities included managing legal matters across various transportation services.
