Vanessa Franco

Vanessa Franco has a strong background in the beauty and consumer goods industry, with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer service. Vanessa began their career at COBEGA as a Regional Account Manager from 1998 to 2000. Vanessa then joined Font Vella, where they held a Sales, Trade & Marketing role from 2000 to 2007. Vanessa Franco's career then progressed to Puig, where they held several leadership positions including Sales Development Director from 2007 to 2010, Iberia Customer Service Director from 2010 to 2016, Customer Service Europe Director from 2016 to 2019, and currently, they serve as the Revenue Management Director.

Vanessa Franco obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Esade in 1998. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Administration and Business Management from the Universitat de Barcelona from 1992 to 1996.
