Cristina-Elena Balan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in multiple organizations, including Balfour Beatty plc, Ringway Jacobs, Affinity Water, Eurovia Infrastructure Ltd, and Dunne Group Limited, where roles have ranged from Trainee Quantity Surveyor to Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Cristina-Elena holds a Master’s Degree in Hydraulic Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
