Martin Sim MRICS is an experienced Pre-Construction Director at Balfour Beatty plc since February 2007, leading the Building Sector of the Scottish Regional Business with a focus on healthcare. Notable responsibilities include serving as the Key Account Lead for Healthcare, along with leading the development of the 2021-2024 Sector Strategy for the Scottish Regional Business.
