Ahmed Ramadan Abdelsalam

Ahmed Ramadan AbdelSalam has extensive experience in the field of estimating and tender management. Ahmed started their career at Master Civil Construction in 2005, where they worked as a Senior Estimator. In this role, Ahmed was responsible for managing the Tenders Department, preparing budgeted costs for activities, and estimating direct and indirect costs.

In 2008, Ahmed joined UHUD as a Senior Estimator - Civil. Ahmed continued to manage the Tenders Department and was involved in preparing budgeted costs, selling prices, and variations claims using Candy software.

From 2012 to 2021, Ahmed worked at AAO as a Senior Estimator and Tender Manager. Their responsibilities included preparing budgets and variation orders, preparing specifications and BOQs for tendering, and studying the cost of all activities.

Currently, Ahmed holds the position of Head of Contracts & Tender Dept at NEXT Engineering Consultants, starting in 2021. Ahmed is responsible for cost study and cost impact analysis in various design phases, as well as the preparation of tender packages.

Throughout their career, Ahmed has demonstrated their expertise in cost estimation, tender management, and budgeting.

Ahmed Ramadan AbdelSalam obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Al Mansoura University in Egypt. Ahmed attended the university from 1985 to 1990.
