Valérie Thibiéroz

Valérie Thibiéroz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Balfour Beatty plc since April 2019, Valérie previously held various leadership roles at Armstrong Craven from September 2003 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing client services in the consumer and industrial sectors. Between December 2015 and March 2019, Valérie worked as an International Search, Talent and Insight Consultant at VTSI. Valérie holds a PGCE in Secondary Education from the University of Leicester and a Licence in English Literature & Civilisation from Université Toulouse le Mirail.
