Currently serving as Managing Director at Balhousie Care Group, Karen J also holds the role of Quality Director. Prior to this, Karen J was Head of Quality Assurance at Fulcrum Care Limited. With a background as a Clinical Director and Chief Nurse at HC-One, Karen J has a strong track record of driving services to achieve and exceed regulatory and internal compliance. Karen also has experience as a Service Quality Inspector at Southern Cross Health Care and as a Care Home Manager at Focus Healthcare. Karen J obtained a Diploma in Health Studies from Fife College of Nursing and Midwifery in 1995.
