Operations Team

The Operations Team at Balhousie Care Group is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day functioning of all 26 facilities. This includes overseeing the quality of personalised care, coordinating activities and events for residents, maintaining a secure and homely environment, and implementing best practices across all care homes. The team works collaboratively to enhance residents' quality of life, while also driving continuous improvements in operational processes and outcomes.
