Sumitra Jaya

Sumitra Jaya serves as the General Manager at Mayo Resort in North Bali since December 2017, overseeing operations at a boutique hotel and restaurant renowned for its serene holiday atmosphere and event hosting capabilities. Concurrently, Sumitra has been the Rooms Division Manager at Bali Safari & Marine Park since December 2014, managing accommodations within an engaging wildlife park home to numerous animal species. Previous experience includes five years as Front Office Manager at Mara River Safari Lodge, a themed resort adjacent to the safari park, and roles at Ocean Blue Hotel Bali, The Damai Lovina, and Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa. Sumitra's educational background includes training from the Bali Hotel and Tourism Training Institute, completed in 1991.
