Samantha Pelton

Samantha Pelton is an experienced professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational management. Currently serving as Director of People at multiple companies including Insticator, Balihoo, OKO Digital, and the COOL company since July 2023, Samantha previously held the role of Strategic Program Operations Manager at Twill from January 2022 to June 2023. A longstanding volunteer with Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership since June 2007, Samantha has held various leadership positions, notably as Leadership Seminar Chair, where coordination of large-scale seminars for high school students was a key responsibility. Earlier career roles included Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant positions at Insticator and Zocdoc, where Samantha honed skills in operational efficiency and client relations. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University in 2012.
