Malik Issolah is a dynamic business leader with extensive experience in the footwear and tech industries. As Co-Founder and President of Baliston since January 2021, Malik has led a team of over 50 in launching the world's first tech-augmented footwear, collaborating with renowned designer Philippe Starck. Since September 2017, Malik has held the position of Head of Business Development & Brands Partnerships at Zhor-Tech and simultaneously serves as a Strategy Advisor at IncubMe, Algeria's first pan-African startup incubator. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Business Development at Digitsole, where Malik managed marketing and sales strategies, and Brand Manager at Glaglashoes International. Malik's educational background includes degrees in Communication and Digital Marketing as well as International Marketing and Business from ICN Business School.
