Melissa Benson

Melissa Benson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations for North and Central America at Ball Corporation since January 2011. Throughout her tenure at Ball Corporation, Melissa held various roles, including Regional HR Operations Manager for both Growth/Expansion and general operations, as well as Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Ball Corporation, Melissa worked as a Human Resources Manager at Bourns, Inc. in the Automotive Division from June 2006 to January 2011, and at SSI Technologies, Inc. from January 2000 to June 2006. Melissa holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Operations/Supply Chain Management, and a BBA in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
